    I apologize for your trouble, but there is nothing wrong with this file. I just personally re-downloaded it from the rapidshare server and reinstalled it into my runtime without incident. I have had files that have become corrupt during download from the server. Please try to re-download it and install again. It\'s been downloaded over a 120 times over the last three days, and this is the first I\'ve heard of there being a problem.
