New- can i get a clarification on the rules?

   Hi there, new here. Mostly use daz3d to make references for digital art.
   
   Was hoping to get a clarification on this line in the rules:
   
   "YOU HAVE TO POST AT LEAST ONE NEWS IN 7 DAYS ... IF FOUND INACTIVE YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED"
   
   I see the 'ADD NEWS' button at the top but that seems to mean add a new content post. Does this mean we should upload content within 7 days to avoid being deleted?
