This Prop ,Gothic Arch is a single model relying on several texture maps to create a ruin that looks truly worn by age (Textures at a max of 2500x2200).
UV mapping has been done with texture artists in mind, but the textures are only the icing on the cake, the cracks and broken stone are geometrically based, and modelled into the mesh, adding the extra depth of realism.
