Do daz items write home?

    Hi Guys, I'm new to both this page and to 3d renders in general, and I have a serious question about the uploads here, Do Genuine DAZ items "phone home"? if I installed a genuine DAZ item, character, pose, prop, set, does it check with DAZ to see if it was purchased legitimately? if so, is there a way to disable that?
