Problem with exporting model from daz

    Hi I've problem with daz when I export a model to .fbx and open it in maya it doesn't give me any error or anything but when I put maya in texture mode the program closes and give me low memory error expect I have 2 gig more free :|
    Hava anybody got this error after import model in maya and after putting in texture mode?
    PLZ help what should I do?

    Is the textures for your FBX model ONE texture file or many smaller ones?

    Before exporting again check the Maximum Texture File Size for FBX in MAYA (pixel X pixel or MB)
    Also Check Maximum vertices/triangles/polygons size for FBX in MAYA

    Re-export your model in FBX with the limits at or below what can be imported into MAYA

    For Autodesk products .max has the largest file sizes followed by .obj, .fbx and .3ds as the smallest

    With MAX files earlier versions cannot open files made in newer versions 2012 can open 2010 - 2012, but not 2013 - 2015,

    You may need a copy of Decimator for Daz Studio, mainly used for game developing to greatly reduce file sizes for game engines. You might have to resort to torrent sites for it and a separate serial number is required for it
